Alternative title: #LHB_Juice_January Day 18 … Apple, Orange, Cucumber and Oat Milk.
Ok folks, it’s day 18 of #LHB_Juice_January and we’re kicking the day off with a “A bit of Zen” Juice … As part of my Mental Health treatment I’ve been asked to spend more time meditating – it’s been suggested I attempt 10 minutes in the morning (which means sacrificing a bit of sleep) and 30 minutes in the evening (which is what I’ve kinda been trying to do anyway!).
I’m slowly getting to grips with it. It’s slowly becoming part of my routine.
I’m slowly learning to take time out to just be in the moment … To calm the mind, to calm the body, and just be.
I think I’ve already nattered before about these ingredients in previous posts so instead, I’m going to ask you bloggy readers how January has been treating you lovelies so far? Are we all back into the work routine?
Ingredients (Makes 1):
1 Orange (peeled)
1 Apple (cored)
Just slice it all up then bob in the juicer (for this one I’m using a Nutribullet so I also added 200ml Oat Milk)!
