Alternative title: #LHB_Juice_January Day 25 … Kiwi, Cucumber, Apple and Coconut Water.
Ok folks, it’s day 25 of #LHB_Juice_January and we’re kicking the day off with “Dabbling in Green” … We’re onto the last 7 days of my juice challenge! It really has just flown by hasn’t it? A blur of Yoga and Aerial Arts and Juices … So I thought it would be as good a time as any to have a try at various green juices!
Because who doesn’t just love a dose of greens!
Was that a tumbleweed? Can I juice / blend those?
Anyway, why Kiwi Fruit you ask? Well …
Kiwi Fruits are an amazing source of Vitamins (we’re talking B6 – Pantothenic Acid, B9 – Folate, C and E) and Minerals (particularly Potassium, Phosphorus, Manganese and Magnesium) … Not too shabby huh?
Ingredients (Makes 1):
1/3 Cucumber (peeled)
1 Kiwi Fruit (peeled)
1 Apple (peeled)
Just slice it all up then bob in the juicer (for this one I’m using a Nutribullet so I also added 200ml Coconut Water)!
