Alternative title: #LHB_Juice_January Day 11 … Carrot, Orange Ginger and Almond Milk Juice.
Ok folks, it’s day 11 of #LHB_Juice_January and we’re kicking the day off with a “Kick up the Butt” Juice … I’ve been a bit sluggish this past week (haven’t we all?), it’s the second full week back at work (as if the first wasn’t post-holiday blues enough), the first full week was “urgh paperwork”, I’ve gone back to pretty much having 1 cup of full fat coffee/tea (I had a failed attempt at reducing my caffeine last year and fell spectacularly off that wagon – oops) and I just need a right good kick up the butt. Hence this fiery little concoction.
I think I’ve already nattered before about these ingredients in previous posts so instead, I’m going to ask you bloggy readers what you have been up to to beat the January Blues? Any exercise classes or changes to diet or career changes or just being a bit more mindful of things?
Ingredients (Makes 1):
A thumb sized piece of Ginger.
Just peel the carrots, ginger and orange, slice it all up then bob in the juicer (for this one I’m using a Nutribullet so I also added 200ml unsweetened Almond Milk)!
