Alternative title: #LHB_Juice_January Day 20 … Pear, Oats and Oat Milk.

Ok folks, it’s day 20 of #LHB_Juice_January and we’re kicking the day off with a “Oaty Goodness” Juice … It’s my rest day today ready for Aerial Silks class tomorrow (check in next Tuesday for my post on this by the way – I’m hoping to get some photos to share with you!). So tonight it’s date night with M! We’ve been catching up on various TV Shows ranging from Morgan Spurlocks “Inside Man” to “Fargo” to “Scream“.

Nothing compares to “Hannibal” though … Sigh, I miss the Hannibal-Will Graham chemistry so bad!

I think I’ve already nattered before about these ingredients in previous posts so instead today’s question is –  what TV shows would you recommend? Have you found any that has really captured your attention?

Ingredients (Makes 1): 

1 Pear (cored)

2 tbsp Oats

Just slice it all up then bob in the juicer (for this one I’m using a Nutribullet so I also added 200ml Oat Milk)!
