Alternative title: #LHB_Juice_January Day 27 …  Kiwi Fruit, Romaine Lettuce, Super Greens and Coconut Water.

Ok folks, it’s day 27 of #LHB_Juice_January and we’re kicking the day off with “Simply Green” … We’re half way to the weekend and it’s my rest night tonight! So, what does rest night entail, well … Mostly me sitting around in my Pjs, drinking decaf tea and watching whatever takes my fancy on the tele-box!

How do you lovely lot spend your rest days?

So, what are these Super Greens you’ve mentioned? I hear you cry! Well…

I’ve picked up a mix of wheatgrass, barley grass, chlorella and spirualina … There has definitely been a lot of hype around Spirulina recently so instead of whittering on about the greens as a whole I’ll pick one to talk about over the next few days! Sound like a plan?

Ingredients (Makes 1): 

2 Kiwi Fruits (peeled)

1 handful of Romaine Lettuce

1 tsp of Super Greens (a Wheatgrass, Barley Grass, Chlorella and Spirulina mix from Body Me)

Just slice it all up then bob in the juicer (for this one I’m using a Nutribullet so I also added 200ml Coconut Water)!
