Alternative title: #LHB_Juice_January Day 15 … Apple, Carrot and Oat Milk Juice.
Ok folks, it’s day 15 of #LHB_Juice_January and we’re kicking the day off with “The Dancer” Juice … I’m not going to lie, everything hurts, and if it is anything like soreness I experienced after Aerial Hoop this is just the beginning (I hurt my armpit doing Hoop for crying out loud!). Aerial Silks was an amazing experience though and yes, there is a blogpost coming up about that adventure! For now though, I’m going wince my way through work and then crawl onto the sofa with a giant duvet for an X-Files marathon!
Why Oat Milk for this juice you ask? Well…
Plus Oat Milk tastes gorgeous! (I’m using Oatly … Because I absolutely love Oatly).
Ingredients (Makes 1):
2 Apples (cored and de-seeded)
1 Orange (peeled)
Just slice it all up then bob in the juicer (for this one I’m using a Nutribullet so I also added 200ml Oat Milk)!
