Alternative title: #LHB_Juice_January Day 15 … Apple, Carrot and Oat Milk  Juice.

Ok folks, it’s day 15 of #LHB_Juice_January and we’re kicking the day off with “The Dancer” Juice … I’m not going to lie, everything hurts, and if it is anything like soreness I experienced after Aerial Hoop this is just the beginning (I hurt my armpit doing Hoop for crying out loud!). Aerial Silks was an amazing experience though and yes, there is a blogpost coming up about that adventure! For now though, I’m going wince my way through work and then crawl onto the sofa with a giant duvet for an X-Files marathon!

Why Oat Milk for this juice you ask? Well…

Oat Milk is lactose and Cholesterol free, contains a high amount of Calcium, is a great source of Vitamin A, is low in fat and also let’s not forget about the heart healthy Beta-Glucans!

Plus Oat Milk tastes gorgeous! (I’m using Oatly … Because I absolutely love Oatly).

Ingredients (Makes 1):

2 Apples (cored and de-seeded)

1 Orange (peeled)

The Dancer Ingredients

Just slice it all up then bob in the juicer (for this one I’m using a Nutribullet so I also added 200ml Oat Milk)!

  1. I make juice for my little girl and me about twice a week–I call it ice cream juice to get her to drink it:). I’ve never tried oat milk, but it sounds good.

I love oat milk … Usually use it in my porridge or overnight oats but I enjoy the taste so much I had to try it in the smoothies/juices!

Also – I love that you call juices ice cream juice to get your daughter to drink it, it’s so adorable! Made me smile 🙂
