Alternative title: #LHB_Juice_January Day 19 … Apple, Ginger, Fresh Greens and Oat Milk.

Ok folks, it’s day 19 of #LHB_Juice_January and we’re kicking the day off with “The Warrior” Juice … I have my first Yoga class of the week tonight and I’m excited (missed yesterday’s due to Migraine)! Having two different instructors with different styles is amazing, they both have so much knowledge and their teachings complement each other.

The flow from one asana into another, each breath in rhythm with the movement, controlled. Poised.

I have so much to learn.

I’ve already nattered before about these ingredients in previous posts so instead, I thought I’d check in with you lovely lot again – how are you going with your resolutions / goals for 2016? Did you make any? Did you break any?

Ingredients (Makes 1): 

2 Apples (cored)

1 thumb sized piece of Ginger (peeled)

A handful of Fresh Greens

Just slice it all up then bob in the juicer (for this one I’m using a Nutribullet so I also added 200ml Oat Milk)!
