Alternative title: #LHB_Juice_January Day 12 … Spinach, Avocado, Mango and Almond Milk Juice. 

Ok folks, it’s day 12 of #LHB_Juice_January and we’re kicking the day off with a “Time to Unwind” Juice … Tomorrow was supposed to be the day I was back to see my PWP, but in true NHS style this appointment was cancelled without a reschedule so I’m trying, desperately, not to let my Anxiety and Depression get the better of me (knowing a replacement date has been sorted would make things a lot easier). I keep reminding myself to just breathe, that these things just happen.

Why Spinach for this juice you ask? Well…

Spinach is an amazingly rich source of various Vitamins (especially A plus beta-CaroteneB2 – Riboflavin, B6, B9 – Folate, C and K), Minerals (Manganese, Potassium, Iron and Magnesium) and Dietary Fibre.

A great little addition to any juice or smoothie don’t you think?

Ingredients (Makes 1): 

1/2 Avocado.

1 Mango.

A handful of Spinach

Just peel the Avocado and Mango, slice it all up then bob in the juicer (for this one I’m using a Nutribullet so I also added 200ml Almond Milk)!
