Alternative title: #LHB_Juice_January Day 13 … Mango, Orange and Almond Juice. 

Ok folks, it’s day 13 of #LHB_Juice_January and we’re kicking the day off with a “Trouble at t’mill*” Juice … After two evenings of (quite lengthy) Yoga sessions (one of which was with my new intermediate instructor) I can safely say that my body is throwing a wobbler about how sore it is. You know things are pretty bad when you have to have assistance getting your butt off the toilet because your legs have seized up!

Imagine how the poor darling is going to feel when I haul it to Aerial Silks class on Thursday!

Why Almond Milk for this juice you ask? Well…

Almond milk contains no saturated fats or cholesterol, a great source of Calcium and Vitamins (such as A, E and D), is low in Calories and tastes amazing. The brand I use (Almond Breeze) is also free of MSG and made from non-GM Almonds …

Ingredients (Makes 1): 

1 Orange.

1 Mango.

Just peel the mango and orange, slice it all up then bob in the juicer (for this one I’m using a Nutribullet so I also added 200ml unsweetened Almond Milk – which means it has a low GI index)!
